March 2002, I had the opportunity to take a businees trip to Juneau and Ketchikan, Alaska. On morning, we were running early on the way to KPU, and stopped at the docks in the center of town. I thought this was pretty cool (cold, actually) with the glaze of ice over the water. Heavy use of Buzz simplifier effects here, trying for a painted look....
