Call Me Lightnin'

On this day (1/30) back in 1982, blues legend Lightnin' Hopkins died at the age of '69. I have several L.H. albums, and managed to see him live back in 1980 or so. In the basement of a chuch in downtown Durham, NC. This was when I was in college, and a group of us made the excursion into the "real world". There couldn't have been 150-200 people. Very cool. Lightnin Hopkins made #71 on Rolling Stone's list of 500 best guitarists of all time....
