Ice and Eagles

After Saturday's eagle excursion, and after most of a laxy Sunday afternoon, I decided to run over to Chain of Rocks and see what I could see.  It was a pretty grey and dull day, but you never know.

I did see one eagle, far off on the trees.  I was trying to make my way closer, when another flew up to it, and after some flapping at each other, the bother heaed south (away from me).  So no photos.  But still a cool sight.

Meanwhile, the water was pretty low at chain of rocks, and there were some rather cool ice formations.  Here's a couple of photos:
