Like a rubber-neck giraffe you look into my past....
Making it's chart debut on this day (9/23) back in 1972, Leon Russell, with "Tightrope". Leon R. is one of those truely interesting characters in rock, who has been involved in all sorts of cool things. I recently bought his retrospective CD, and discovered several songs I'd forgotten about. Tightrope made it to #11, btw.
