Without a trace, of doubt in my mind
No. 1 Billboard Pop Hit on this date (1/4) in 1967 is The Monkees' "I'm A Believer". This Neil Diamond penned masterpiece holds on to the #1 spot for Seven weeks, becoming the longest-running No. 1 song since the Beatles' "I Want to Hold Your Hand."
