Pittsburgh's Going to the Super Bowl! (again)
I've been a Steeler fan since the early 70's. Of course, I grew up in Pittsburgh, so it just makes sense. But through sojourns in North Carolina, Washington DC area, and St. Louis area, I remain (and will remain) a Steeler fan. Now, my own son is learning the joys of fandom, and watching the games with his dear-old-dad. And Pittsburgh's going to the Super Bowl!

i only watched the last 5 or 10 minutes. i get too nervous. i'm not a football fan per se but i know how much the wins mean to the fans and the team and our terrific coach.

it's just icing on the cake that president obama is a fan and that dan rooney is one of obama's biggest fans. he gave obama one of the game balls!
just cool to have a prez rooting for the hometown team.
I'd've figured Obama for a Bears fan, what with his Chicago connections.... No matter. As long as he doesn't pull a Nixon, and start suggesting plays for the SUper Bowl!

people are going nuts here buying anything that has anything to do with the steelers! there is some really strange stuff but it's fun.
Wow, they are having a good week on the race track and the field! Super (bowl)
