29 years ago today, 8/16/1977, Elvis died. Long live the King!

Of course you know he's not dead. He actually works at a Whole Foods up here in Seattle. I saw him last Thursday in the bulk foods department.

seriously, of all the odd things i've seen, elvis worship has got to be one of the strangest.
Well, Jonathan's word is generally good enough for me.... Of course, the thought of a 71 year old Elvis bagging groceries is kinda pathetic.
Dying, a bloated drug user, on the toilet, is kind of pathetic too. :)
