Hard choice because I go for this type of thing too. I think I like the last one because it shows more colors and textures.
Fayes Fotos is showing a series of old building things too. Due to some Blogger problem No one can leave comments, but take a look . They are really great.
i like the 2nd because it is an unexpected angle, a different view from the lense than an average shot.
I'd choose that last one also.
I like the top one best - it shows more of the building, the tree balances the composition, and I love the sky. I have a passion for old, rusty, falling down stuff too.

My take??
I really wish I had taken a shot that split the difference between shots 1 and 2. I like the bare tree alot, and shot 2 was trying to balance the tree against the barn. But it's a bit too sharp an angle, IMHO.
One of those times when I was really enthusiastic pressing the shutter, and vaguely disappointed when looking at the results....
