Tubular, man..........
On this date (3/30) in 1974 Mike Oldfield's "Tubular Bells" hit the charts. This exerpt from the full album song "Tubular Bells" would peak at #7 on the US Charts. It was, of course, the theme song to the smash movie "The Exorcist".

Tubular Bells II is a good album, too. It's tubular, too, hence the name, I guess, of Tubular Bells II.
I've never heard II.... It's been years since I've heard the first one (though I'm remedying that). Maybe I'll check out II, too.....
