Tree Blossons

I spotted these tree blossoms last month at the I-24 rest stop on Nickajack Lake, in southeastern TN. I have no clue what kind of tree it is, but I like the shot. And how 'bout that bokeh??? Nikon D-70

Thanks Lauren!! I could've done a touch more depth-of-field, so the whole blossom area was sharp, but I really wanted the mottled background.
