During my first trip to Memphis (several years ago), we wandered down to Beal St. on a Sunday morning (from the Marriott at the convention center). We were amazed at the line for the brunch at "Elvis Presley's Memphis" restaurant, which wound all the way around the building. On a later trip, we had dinner here, which was good, and (of course) accompanied by an Elvis cover-band.
