Yeah, I know. But I can't help myself. And actually, I did have an ulterior motive. Besides just being a power system geek, This kind of photo gives a good test for a digital camera. These nice blue skies tend to be a challenge for noise. And lots of crisp edges with high contrast. can show up everything from sharpness to the dreaded "purple fringing"... And though you can't see it from the reduced version above, my new little PnS did just fine. See below for a snip from the original, at 100%, straight from the camera. Not bad for the price-point.
