One of the cool things my company does is Friday Lunch. From the earliest days of the company, 25+ years ago, all of the employees gather for lunch on Friday (at company expense), and discuss the state of things. What's happening, new customers, new products, problems... various things of interest. Back then it was a few folks gathered around the kitchen table. Today it's a webcast including offices around the world. We watch live in our office, which means starting at 1:30pm (we're 2 time zones east of headquarters).
