For several years, there's been a sign along Glen Carbon Rd. anouncing "Future Site Of The Ray M Schon Memorial Park". At least 5 years. Several months ago they started converting the cornfield into what will be the park. I've thought it would be interesting to record the lake, before it is a lake. So I did.
