July 1974... 40 years ago this month. For me, the summer between Middle School and High School. In sports, Baseball's All-Star game was played in Pittsburgh. I don't remember it, which is a little odd since I lived in Pittsburgh, and was a big baseball fan... Probably because there were no Pirates position players represented that year.
