I'm not sure Sklar is all that well known outside music circles, but he's a bona fide bass icon, and has played on over 2,500 albums. Including music by Phil Collins, Billy Cobham, Rod Stewart, Linda Ronstadt, James Taylor, Hall & Oates, Jackson Browne, Tommy Bolin, David Bowie, Ray Charles, B.B.
